Newaz Company From the Beginning to Now...

We at Newaz Construction Company started our operations in 2006 with construction in Alborz Province. After team building and company registration, we implemented about 20 commercial and residential projects in Alborz Province.

From 2012, we started construction on a large scale in districts 2 and 5 of Tehran. During the implementation of Tehran projects and after necessary reviews, we concluded that Turkey, especially Istanbul, is a suitable option for investment and construction due to high demand relative to supply, a large number of Iranian immigrants, similar culture, and geographical location.

From 2017, our work started officially in Istanbul and with your support, Newaz Construction Company increased the number of its Istanbul projects to over 12. Currently, we have 8 projects under construction in Istanbul, 2 in Tehran, and 2 in Alborz Province.
