Davut Davutoğlu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the NEWAZ Group, an entrepreneur, investor, and distinguished real estate developer with more than two decades of experience in construction, property development, and international trade. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Iran, he has successfully combined financial expertise, executive leadership, and strategic vision to lead and deliver numerous construction and investment projects across Iran and Türkiye.

Driven by a strong belief in continuous innovation within the construction industry, he has consistently pioneered the adoption of advanced building technologies, modern construction methods, and innovative building materials. His efforts have significantly contributed to introducing and developing new construction solutions within regional markets.

Under his leadership, prominent brands including NEWAZ Construction & Investment, NEWAZ Kooperative, DVO, TIGMON, and ATAZ have been established and expanded into a dynamic group operating across real estate development, investment, international trade, and engineering services.
