Newaz Group operates in the construction sector and has successfully delivered residential projects in both Iran and Istanbul. We had the opportunity to meet with the company’s CEO, Mr. Davut Davutoğlu, to learn more about their activities.

I am Davut Davutoğlu, founder of Nevaz. We started our construction activities in Iran about five years ago, and currently we are active in both Iran and Istanbul. Our main focus is residential construction. In Istanbul, we are mainly involved in urban transformation projects as well as villa developments in Şile. We also carry out similar residential and villa projects in Tehran.

In addition, we are considering entering the agricultural sector in Turkey, as it has strong potential. In Iran, we already have experience in orchard and fruit production, and we aim to expand in this field.

One of Nevaz Group’s key advantages is our deep understanding of both Iranian and Turkish markets, with nearly 10 years of experience in both countries. We are familiar with the culture, market dynamics, and customer needs. A significant portion of our clients are foreign investors seeking residency or citizenship in Turkey, and around 50% of our sales come from this segment.

The Turkish government provides strong support for foreign investors. When an investor brings capital into the country, it contributes significantly to economic growth.

Istanbul is a large and dynamic city. Investors must carefully evaluate who they work with and conduct thorough research. Working with professional lawyers and real estate consultants is essential. Some investors make large investments but avoid paying for proper advisory services, which can lead to problems.

Turkey offers excellent opportunities for investment due to its economy, infrastructure, nature, industry, and lifestyle. The hospitality of its people and cultural adaptability also make it very attractive.

We hope that through collective efforts, we can contribute positively to the country’s development.
